Charles Rekrül
Grew up in the Texas Hill Country. He came from a military family that later served in the military and other governmental agencies.
Charles has traveled all over the world and found that the US is still the best place to be. In his travels he has been told that he is a true Renaissance Man. This book came about as a discussion with his Father during a time when it was one of the things that they could always talk about. After his death Charles was able to finally sit down and write about everything that they had talked about.
Charles has written many papers and such, but this is his first novel. Much like everyone, he has always wanted to write a book and has been told that he can tell a good story - like most Texans.
“Be honest. Be true to yourself and your family. Always care for your family and those around you. Take responsibility for yourself and your actions, it is not always the ‘other guys’ fault.”
