Fighting not only the US, but cartels as well. A countries fight for independence in a modern age of turmoil, after gaining it almost two hundred years before.

This book asks the question of not only can we separate from the US, but should we.

The Book

This book is a historical fiction that has taken over 3 years to write and several decades to research. It is an ideal of ‘getting back to basics’ that asks the question “Can/should we start over?” With the basis and principle of the old adage “worry about yourself before you worry about others.”

Beginnings

This was done with respect for my Father who started this idea as a “What if” conversation as I was growing up and until his death. This was typical for some of our conversations. This is my fun tribute to him.

The Author

Charles Rekrül is a ninth generation Texan that grew up in the Hill Country. As a veteran from a military family, Charles and his family have known sacrifice and service to family, Community and Country. His travels and education of Life from all over the world has made him more into a Renaissance Man, or so he has been told.

He believes in honesty, a simple way of life that is full of life and respect for each other. People should be more concerned about taking care of themselves before they start to turn their focus onto others - when your life is without flaws then you can start to help others gain the same as you have.
